South Louisiana is the Land of Giant Redfish

There is no better place to catch giant redfish than Louisiana! A typical Redfish can weigh anywhere between 10 to 50 pounds. Redfish Season is from late April to October The average redfish weighs about 10 to 50 pounds.

Part of the allure of the Redfish is the constant battle between angler and fish. The redfish will routinely make long runs, at any time of the day or night.

Redfish live in the shallower water and can be found in New Orleans and Biloxi, and the Mississippi and Alabama Coast, and Bayous. In the late fall, schools of redfish swim into the maze of Louisiana’s bays and lagoons, where they fatten up for the winter.

Fishing for redfish is a great way to spend quality time and create memories with friends and family on vacation! Let Captain Gregg Arnold introduce you to Luisisana’s monster redfish.
